Top Ten Tuesday: My Favourite Cosy Reads

Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday! ‘Top Ten Tuesday’ is a weekly meme that is currently hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is on the series we want to complete in 2023. I recently made a blog post on this, so I went back through the TTT archives and found a prompt I wanted to explore: cosy reads. This seemed like the … Continue reading Top Ten Tuesday: My Favourite Cosy Reads

WWW Wednesday: 10th January 2023 (the one with the really good start to the year)

WWW Wednesday is currently hosted by Taking On A World of Words, and asks three simple questions that allows me to chat about what I’m reading, as well as my most recent and upcoming reads! I’m really pleased with the fact I’ve read three books already this year, but I’m trying not to get ahead of myself as I’m scared I’ll cause a reading slump! It’s … Continue reading WWW Wednesday: 10th January 2023 (the one with the really good start to the year)

Top Ten Tuesday: Books With My Favourite Themes or Tropes

This week I’ve decided to take part in ‘Top Ten Tuesday’ hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl again. So, the topic we’ve been given is ‘books with our favourite trope/theme’. I found this quite a difficult one to answer so I’ve listed ten vague and broad themes and tropes found in books, and paired each one up with a book I love… Continue reading Top Ten Tuesday: Books With My Favourite Themes or Tropes

So, I haven’t been seen for two weeks, which lets be honest is kind of the norm for this blog, unfortunately this time I was absent for some not so fun reasons. I’m so relieved February is over because I went through far too much in a short span of time, and for the shortest month in the year it somehow managed to floor me… Continue reading February Wrap-Up 2022: The One That Was One of the Worst Months of My Life
